THis is the Water Tower from the old Pershore Airbase, Built in 1939 on the Pershore Racecourse the water tower supplied all the water for the base, But after the was the area went over to being a Trading estate and the Tower is now used as a fire hydrant for the fire service in case of a fire on the estate.
