Long Description:I found this by deduction, and experience with finding hundreds of
other
National Geodetic Survey (NGS) marks. Standing
at the Tomorrowland Monorail benchmark, and looking toward the Main
Street North benchmark, I realized that in order for optical
sightlines to work, there MUST be another benchmark between them,
right about THERE! And there was! One of my more memorable days at
Disneyland!
Visit Instructions:
Unless otherwise noted, we require one photo to prove that you
visited a Disneyland benchmark waymark. Many
of the marks are identical, so please submit a location photo
rather than a closeup. It needs to clearly show the marker with
enough surrounding area that we can tell which part of the park,
hotel, etc. you were in.
If the benchmark is difficult to see in the photo, please use a
simple photo-editing program to add a circle or arrow for the
mark's location.
