The bust was originally in the lobby of the Third and Spring Street office of Pulaski Federal Savings and Loan Association in Little Rock in 1961. Now it is located in Riverfront Park in Little Rock. The bust features Pulaski wearing a military uniform. He is looking over his right shoulder. The bust is on a rough granite base with two plaques inscribed:

Casimir Pulaski was originally placed
in the lobby of the Third and Spring
street office of Pulaski Federal Savings
and Loan Association, predecessor of
Savers Federal Savings and Loan
Association, in April, 1961, and served
for many years as a corporate symbol.
It is located here as a link to our past
and as an acknowledgment of our
country's debt to this Revolutionary
War hero.
Casimir Pulaski was a Polish soldier and a member of nobility. He emigrated to North America and served in the Continental Army. He is credited with saving George Washington's life and became a general officer in the Continental Army. He has been called "the father of American cavalry"
