In the year 2000 Helen Bodycomb & René Schaefer constructed this 2.3m sculpture in a traffic roundabout in central Werribee. Made from stainless steel, vitrified Italian mosaic glass, unglazed ceramic and hydraulics .The sculpture represents the up-turned Red Gum Tree, the mosaic expresses water rings which are also evocative of local indigenous symbols.
As of 2012 the fountain started operating again after being turned off due to drought conditions in Vic.
