A hexagonal pump and well house built about 1917 by F.C. Howard for John H Carter of The Bury.

The well house is hexagonal with brick piers supporting a panelled upper stage on oak lintels. There are oak seats to three of the sides. The whole has a tiled roof with weather vane at the top.

Within the gazebo there is a cast iron pump with a large flywheel and a wooden trolley.
