"This cornice stone, an original piece of the Mosta Dome bell tower (1860) was presented to Millbrae on behalf of the people of our sister city of Mosta, Malta by their mayor Nazzareno Vassalo on January 17, 1998 in commemoration of Millbrae's 50th anniversary."
