The center is located in downtown San Jose. It's located on the basement floor of the building, next to the cafeteria. Weddings are performed from 10-4 (with an appointment) This is a cheaper option for people who don't mind being married by a justice of the peace.

I got married here. There's a photo in the gallery from the 10 minute ceremony.
