Note: The listed coordinates are not for the rose itself, but for the entrance to the building nearest the rose! The rose is in the lobby of 685 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA, in the Arts & Sciences building of Boston University. The building is, at least as far as I know, open 24/7, and you should feel free to pop in to take a look at this rose.
The building has numerous entrances, but the one advised (and to which the coordinates will lead you) is at 685 Comm Ave, for the area of the building in which the Tsai Performance Center is located. After you go through the doors, you'll see the rose right there in the floor. In the middle is a ship on the waves.
The approximate coordinates of the rose itself, using Google Earth, are N 42°21.007' W 071°06.0271' - obviously close to the entrance.
