The French dock only reminder to the "French period" as the French group

Die Franzosenkoppel erinnert nur noch an die "Franzosenzeit", als die Franzosen damals
die Solldaten ihre Pferde und sich auf Feld vor Hamburg angelegt hatten.
Damals führt ein Weg von diesem Platz aus weg.
Die Koppel erinnert an die Pferde die auf einer Koppel stationiert waren.
Heute sieht man nichts davon nur die Straße erinnert daran.
In der heutigen Zeit hatte ein Künstler ein Thema nach Zufall ausgesucht eine
Statue gehauen und sie in dieser Straßenseite aufgestellt.
Wie es der Zufall will hatte er glaube ich auch an die Franzosen gedacht, hoffe ich.
Sie stellt zwei Liebenden auf Pferd dar.
