The City of Dallas, OR has several great parks for the recreation of its citizens. The most recent park is "Central Bark" which is for dogs. Citizens from surrounding cities come here to exercise their dogs.

The site is in City owned land on the South side of Rickreall Creek in a location where the former sewer treatment plant was located. The City's "Aquatic Center" is located just across the creek.
