ROW Marker is near a park designed for Farmer's Branch residents and Park West building tenants. From I-635 take the Luna Rd exit and go north. Turn left into the Park West building complex and park in visitors parking on the south side of the building. No need to park in the parking garage.

Walk west and you'll come to a paved walking trail. Go over levy and benchmark will be near some posts on the outskirts of the park. Note that this is on the east side of the river, so you cannot get to it from the other side!

I'm not sure about the marker number. It looks like it was stamped with a 6 overlayed with a 9 (or vice versa), or that could be some sort of symbol and not a number.
