Old river gage on the Brazos river 3.3 miles SE of the Lake Whitney Dam on the south side of the river. Access is by ladder from the river.

You will need to take about a 3 hour river trip to see this gage. It is about 45 minutes to an hour form the put in point at the dam and another 2 hours to the take out point at Dick's Place. My dad and I did it in 2h24m.
The last data taken from this site was on 3/18/1975.
RIVER GAUGE INFORMATION:
There are not any signs on the gage only a USGS Gaging Station reference mark a few feet away.
