Nice place to hang out on the back deck and have lunch or to launch your boat. I have been here to watch various races and events. In the background, you can hear the flags always flapping in the wind. You have to be a member or a guest to get in close to the pole. The biggest flag is the American flag.

The nautical flags read C-R-Y-C (Cooper River Yacht Club). The pennant on top is most likely the flag of the yacht club, judging by their website. http://www.cooperriveryc.org/

Thanks to Bernd das Brot Team for explaining to me the meaning of the flags and helping with some of the wording.
