The building appears fairly new and much younger than the surrounding buildings in this early 20th century town. There is no cornerstone so I was unable to determine the age. It is located in the business district. The local court and police department are also located here. To the very rear is a playground and a series of war memorials. The posted coordinates are for the entrance.
