DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1988 2.4 KM (1.50 MI) NORTHERLY ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 97 FROM THE POST OFFICE IN LAPINE, 51.5 M (169.0 FT) NORTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF THE HIGHWAY, 0.3 M (1.0 FT) SOUTHEAST OF A WITNESS POST, AND 0.3 BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY. NOTE--ACCESS TO THE DATUM POINT IS THROUGH A 5-INCH LOGO CAP.
