Once a Lake Superior fishing boat, the former Nels j, found rotting in a Knife River boatyard is now home to Crabby Bills in Canal Park.

Now fully restored Crabby Bills in Canal Park sits at the trailhead of the Duluth Lakewalk. The Lakewalk is a three mile boardwalk and paved biking trail that runs from the St. Louis River and the Duluth Basin, along Lake Superior, the Aerial Lift Bridge, Canal Park and nearby an upscale tourist area with restaurants, hotels, and other amenities.
