Burlington is divided into neighborhoods, each with an historical name, such as London. London might have been choosen because it's founding during London’s architectural renaissance, the abundance of local clay for bricks, and its position as the new colonial capitol were the foundation for its future legacy of historic and beautiful buildings. The City boasts a large collection of buildings erected before the American Revolution and during the years of the early republic.
