The piece is titled " Toad's Book Club." The sculpture is located behind the Mountain View Library. It was made by Burlingame, CA artist Albert Guibara in 1999.
On one side of the metal door in Toad, who's holding am open book. On the other side is Badger who's holding what looks like a staff or cane. The sculpture uses a live tree as part of the whole piece.
