Petworld - Natick, MA - Pet Stores on Waymarking.com

In Natick,near the Sherwood Plaza Shopping Mall, is a pet store in a stand-alone building called Petworld. This store is located at the east end of the shopping center along the Mass. Route 9 eastbound off-ramp to Speen Street.

This store is packed with items throughout with pet items. It has food, litter, toys scratching posts, and other items. It does not sell dogs and puppies, and their web site provides their reasons why. They do have a shelter for cats, run by Stray Pets in Need (S.P.I.N.) of Massachusetts where cats are kepts and are ready for adoption. They do sell smaller animals such as hamsters and guinea pigs.

Petworld in Natick has been around since 1990. The web site states that this is a family run operation and does not reference other petworld stores seen on the web. Thus, I'm inclined to think that this is an independently operated store. There was another store in Norwood that was short-lived.
