Red (Green) Telephone Box - Celebration, FL - Red Telephone Boxes on Waymarking.com

Located in the downtown business district of Celebration, Florida outside an Irish bar, this former red telephone box appears to have been altered from its original state. A different top has been added to it and the "TELEPHONE" signage has been changed to a more Irish-looking font to make it appear like a genuine Irish telephone box. Additionally it has been painted green with an off-white grid on the windows. However, Irish telephone boxes had an equal sized grid pattern on the windows. A lot of work went into making this look Irish, but it is in fact a former British red telephone box.

The phone inside does work, and costs 50¢ for a local call.
