This display can only be seen when arriving, or leaving Air Force football games.

This plane was used by Captain Robert R. Swain on February 6, 1991, to score the first ever air-to-air kill in an A-10. He shot down an Iraqi Bo 105c helicopter during combat operations over Iraq.

The plane was moved from Eglin Air Force Base in 2000, and is currently on loan from the USAF Museum, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
