This arched gateway was presented to York College by the Class of 1942. It is located just south of 9th Street on Kiplinger Avenue. The campus has expanded with dormitories across the street from this gateway. The college's "official mailing address" of 1125 E. 8th is a block ESE of this gateway in the Phyllis Mackey Center; many of the administrative offices are two blocks SSW in Dean Sack Hall.
The
Prayer Chapel is in a relocated church building is two blocks ENE.
