This is one of two OK Centennial Clocks in Covell Village, which is on the north side of Edmond, just south of Mitch Park. Both clocks are located in elevated planters, with gorgeous landscaping surrounding them in the entranceway.
This is one of over 140 clocks placed around the state to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Oklahoma statehood.
Most of the clocks are black four-faced, but there are several variations. Some are painted to match the color of the university or business that purchased them.
