This headstone stands out in it's row. The column sits on an octagonal stone piece, on top a large square slab. Around the sides of the octagon are the inscriptions.

Erected to their Past Master | by the members of | Henry Price Lodge: Charlestown Mass.
The column stands tall, a solid white stone piece. Atop the broken top is a decorative stone strand of ivy.
