Six granite stones are placed on a circular concrete pad in an arc facing the street. On each of the stones are the names of the area veterans who have served their country.
Directly in the center of the concrete pad is a granite stone with the inscription listed below. On the front of this structure is the dedication nameplate.
There are two granite benches around the front of the memorial for people to sit and meditate.
In front of the concrete pad are two lights shining on three flags behind the six granite stones.
The American Flag is in the center of the three, and on the left is the South Dakota flag and on the right is the POW/MIA flag.
Behind the memoral is a nice park, with playgrounds, picnic areas, and a horseshoe pit.

Description of Memorial:
Located in a park in the northeast corner of town, this memorial is made up of 6 granite stones placed in a circular pattern with two benches in the front of the stones.
There are flags behind the six stones, which are lit at night.
