Americans 75 mm modification from english 18 pounds light cannon (in Finland 84 K/18).
This cannon was manufactured in use for American forces in Europe 1917.
Large amounts of this type of cannons was shiped from USA to England still during WW2 in 1940.
Manufacturer in USA was BEETLEHEM STEEL & Co.
Finnish General V.P.Nenonen bought this cannons during his acquisition trip in USA (winter 1940), but they shiped in Finland not until summer 1940.
At the beginning the Continuation War (WW2) in summer 1941 Finnish army have 130 unit of this type of connon 75 K/17.
