In Webster, at the end of a block of stores and at the corner of Main Street and Davis Road, is a line of railroad equipment on permanent display. One of piece is a caboose painted in the colors of the Providence & Worcester Railroad, which runs by this display and across Main Street.

The caboose is partially surrounded by a low picket fence, and a flower garden where a sign is mounted that states:

"Providence & Worcester Railfan Club Inc., Museum
Safety First..." it also states that it is a non-profit organization and the address is 3 Davis Street.

On the Davis Street side, near the steps by the fence, there is scripted lettering that states, "Restored by Bill Radcliffe III, Tammy Radcliffe, 2001." A plastic sign states that it is "Owned and Operated by the Providence & Worcester Railfan Club, Inc."

the logo on the side, under the bay window, is modified from the P&W logo to state that it is the Providence & Worcester Railfan Club. Below the logo is lettering stating that it is "Radio Equipped."

Some more information about the caboose is found on the web site, hebners.net, that has the following about the caboose's history:

"CR # 21167 (ex-EL-# C359) is now owned by the Providence & Worcester Railfan Club, Inc. it was acquired from the (P&W) Providence & Worcester RR (ex-P&W # 5002, nee-# 2117).
Painted in a P&W inspired livery with the purposed number # 41976 (month and year club was founded)."

I saw no hours posted for the museum on their web site, but I'm sure if you contacted someone on the web site, they would love to give you a tour!
