This Carillon tower at St. Luke's is one of only two Carillons in the state of Oklahoma, and it is a beautiful one. There is a very large parking lot on the north side of the tower, so you can get very close to get a good look at the structure and the bells. The top of the tower where the bells are located is open, so you can get a really good view. There appears to be a railing/observation area near the top also.
