The Hilton Garden Inn, formerly AmeriTel Inn, in Bend, Oregon has very nice rooms with great views of mountains over the river. It is convenient walking distance to restaurants and shops.

UPDATE: Apr, 2019 - While visiting Bend again, I noticed that this is no longer the AmeriTel Inn, but is now the Hilton Garden Inn.
We were given the "Manager's Special" of $129 since this was our first stay here. We picked this hotel because of a local recommendation that said it was the nicest place in town. It is conveniently located next to a wonderful shopping area with restaurants, art galleries and shops.
- AmeriTel Hotel and Resort has a 24-hour indoor pool, spa, & fitness center
- All access hotel business center opened 24-hours
- Complimentary hotel and resort deluxe breakfast
- Fresh baked cookies are served every evening at our resort
- Hotel and Resort has a 2,060 square feet, windowed conference space that also
includes an Executive Board Room
