ABOUT 0.35 MILE WEST ALONG 12TH STREET FROM THE UNION STATION AND THE INTERSECTION OF 12TH STREET AND 6TH AVENUE AT COLUMBUS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 12TH STREET AND 6TH AVENUE, AT THE POST OFFICE BUILDING, SET IN THE TOP OF A HORIZONTAL LEDGE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING, 8 FEET EAST OF THE EAST EDGE OF THE EAST DOOR AT THE NORTH ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 4 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE STREET.
