ABOUT 0.35 MILE WEST ALONG 12TH STREET FROM THE UNION STATION AND THE INTERSECTION OF 12TH STREET AND 6TH AVENUE AT COLUMBUS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 12TH STREET AND 2ND AVENUE, SET VERTICALLY IN THE WEST FACE OF THE WEST BRICK WALL OF THE RALSTON HOTEL, 2.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, ABOUT 4 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE SIDEWALK, AND ABOUT 4 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE INTERSECTION.
