These bells hide the fact that the tower is actually a Cell Signal Repeater Tower. The tower is approximately 65 feet high and sits on the lawn of the Springs Community Church. It is located to the south of the intersection of E. Woodman Rd and Lexington Dr.
The facility shacks for the tower are located in a small wood fenced area just south of the tower and up against the church. The sign on the enclosure says "Site #C02029 TowerCo" They designed and installed this tower and here is a link to their website and this tower
TowerCo #CO2029
The address for the church that provides the location for this tower is: 7290 Lexington Drive
If you want to see it as if you were driving by then here is a Google Maps Street View of the tower
