The marker is found in the north/west quadrant of 14 Mile Road and Kelly Road. From Kelly Road the mark is found 150 feet from the west edge of the west sidewalk along Kelly Road. From 14 Mile Road the marker is 3.5 feet from the north curb of the road and is 19 south of the south edge of the north side sidewalk that runs along 14 Mile Road. It is mounted in a 12 inch round concrete post flush with the ground. There is a witness post 2.25 feet north of the marker.
