The Court Theatre is dedicated to "taking a bold and risky approach to the classics." It produces five shows a year. Recent shows range from the classics Titus Andronicus and Carousel to more modern plays such as Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and The Year of Magical Thinking. The Court Theatre makes attempts to expand the canon of theatrical productions as well as respecting those works traditionally in it.
