The disk is an aluminum-colored mark mounted flush with the ground at the edge of the sidewalk nearest the grass, (approx. 1" both from the grass and from the segment in the sidewalk block; see picture) with the numerical marking "X-RCI-E47". There are no other distinguishing marks on the disk. The disk is located on the grounds of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY on Washington Road.
