The Pennsylvania Mid-State Trail is a 319 mile trail though mostly public lands. The trail can be accessed fron a rest stop parking area on the westbound side of US 322. This trail register is about 0.4 miles from the parking area.
The trail register is located inside a mail box stenciled with the words Mid State Trail.
