St. Helens Centennial Flag and Fountain was only 20 years old in 2009, but it had already been converted into a planter. The flag is missing, too.

This fountain and 120 ft. pole and American
flag is our gift to Columbia County, and it's
our wish that it be maintained and always
fly a 30 ft. x 50 ft. flag. May God continue to
bless us and keep us free.
This flag is dedicated to those who have
loved, fought and died for it.
