Located in Edmunds County, South Dakota, Roscoe has a population of 287 as of July 2008, reflecting a 11% drop in population from the 2000 census.
The area was settled by German, Russian, Norwegian, Irish, English, and Polish immigrants.
Roscoe held its 125th celebration on July 3-6, 2008.
