The Hale Centre Theatre is located on the North side of Page Avenue, just West of Gilbert Rd. in downtown Gilbert, AZ. 2010-11 marks the 7th season of plays at this location, though the Hale Theatre Company first began productions in 1947. The Hale Theatre Company prides itself as being the longest continuously running, privately owned and operated theatre company in America.
The Hale Centre Theatre houses an arena style stage. Seats are close to the stage and plays are directed so that all seats are given an equal view of the production.
The box office is open Monday through Saturday. Productions are held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the evenings at 7:30pm, with a Saturday matinee production at 3pm. Childrens productions are held on Saturdays at 11am. The theatre is closed on Sundays.
