Tropical Forest @ The Otago Museum features some 1,000 imported tropical butterflies flying about. In the cold and wet Dunedin winters this is a popular spot to get some warmth and to watch some of the most beautiful insects in the world.

Deep inside the Otago Museum is the Tropical Forest room. It is three stories high and features a beautiful selection of butterflies flying about.
