The main piece is an obelisk like tower. It's been painted black, with a light placed in its pyramid-shaped top. At the bottom is a a large white marble stone. Wooden walkways lead up to the piece from four directions. The piece is inspired by images of funeral, obelisks, and totems of Native-American Indians.
