The orienteering packs which contain instructions and base maps are available for £1 from the Peacock Tearooms in the park. Also a map is downloadable from The Wessex Orienteering Club who maintain this course: (visit link)

There are different courses and The Wessex Orienteering Club describe them:

'Courses of 0.6, 1.5 and 2.2 km are available and the short course is around a large field with good visibility, which is particularly suitable for younger children.'

On the website is the map, welcome and instruction leaflet and orienteering leaflets.

Upton Country Park is an attractive place to visit with a historic house, parkland, woodland and paths which hug the shoreline.
