Ryland Park has a childrens playground with a train layout theme. The soft spongy surface has train tracks painted on, as is if it were the bed for the track. The play structures are designed to look like a train station, ticketing booth, train engine and cars. There are even some custom-made, realistic-looking rocks for western scenery.

The playground can be found by entering from the parking area or on foot from the east entrance or the west entrance.
