The Rocking horse is 23.4-foot long by 20-foot high and nine feet wide, made with 5500 pounds of Ponderosa Pine. It was constructed by Munro’s Furnishings by furniture craftsmen as part of a fundraiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
There is a larger rocking horse in Adelaide Australia, but it is steel, and stationary. Although the Horse does rock - it has been chained down to prevent injuries to onlookers.
