There is a plaque attached to a large gray rock surrounded by mulch. It reads:

The small flower/shrub area has a retaining wall of bricks, standing on end. As of now there is only ornamental wild grass planted. Parking for the memorial is street side, directly in front. There are meters which not be fed on weekends.
