Goshen Town Hall is located in the lower floor of the John James Memorial Public Library. The building itself is very prominent constructed of what looks like flat stone. The entrance is constructed of wood with 8 columns with one centered door. The actual entrance to the town hall is located on the side of the building toward the front.
There are administrative offices to the right of the library.
