This town was booming in the days when the Alliance Furnace was in blast near 1789 and salt and natural gas wells were everywhere. When the local economy went belly up everyone fled. Most old maps of the area shows many houses in the area mostly centralized around the old furnace. Cool area, try some random exploring, you'll get more out of it. The coordinates take you to the furnace, and you can take a photo with that, but there is much much more you should try to find on your own. Old maps help.
