The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, built in 1724 as the Chapel of the Fourteen Holy Helpers and the Blessed Virgin Mary, was in 1727 renamed and elevated to the filial and in 1830 to parish church of Michle. This small church is known as original location one of the most important pieces of Gothic sculpture so called "Michelská madona / Madonna of Michle" (original is now in National Gallery Prague, here you can find only its copy). The Baroque church is late-Baroque elongated octagonal structure with at the eastern side affixed rectangular vestry with presbytery. On the western side is located gallery, antechapel and main entrance.
Second, the southern entrance, is walled up. The western facade is decorated by a volute gable with oval window. The whole church has flat ceiling.
