Released in Fall 2009. Light and fruity, with very pronounced citrus notes. Lemon and lime flavors are in the forefront and is a soft, semi sweet finish lingers on the palate.
Silver Star (sweet white)
This is our signature blend of grapes with the predominant grape being Niagara, a large, luscious, aromatic green grape. A deep golden color. Sweet peach and pear fruit aromas and flavors. Light bodied and crisp with refreshing tanginess. Clean and fruity—a very good summer picnic wine for sandwiches.
Moonlight White (sweet white)

Norton (dry red) Norton is a regional favorite. Nortons are very hearty grapes and produce a wine that is bold, rich, and well suited to oaking and aging. We've released our Norton for you to enjoy now and to cellar and enjoy in years to come. This balanced wine is rounded and has subtle flavors of coffee and chocolate coming through.
SuperNova (dry red)
Bright ruby color. Aromas of cinnamon stick, cumin, cherry custard, and tomato follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tangy acidity and a touch of vine and cedar chips. Red Giant (semi-dry red)
Released in December 2009. Vinted with a new varietal, Noirette. Red Giant has wonderful tannin structure and flavors of raspberry and licorice. A wonderful new varietal that is being introduced in the region!
Concord (semi-sweet red)
Very smooth and wonderful deep amethyst color that is as fragrant as the vineyard in summertime. This wine is reminiscent of the wines made on farms and enjoyed on back porches for generations. Ours is delightfully jammy but not overly sweet.
Red Star (sweet red)
The Chambourcin grapes in this wine have been blended to produce a big, rich and smooth sweet wine with Sweet, jammy grape and vanilla aromas. A round entry leads to a sweet medium-bodied palate with ripe grape and blackberry flavors. Finishes with a pleasant ripe berry fade. Not overly complicated but very pleasant.
