This memorial, located near the entrance of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Concord Road, honors the soldiers and sailors from Sudbury who fought in America's Revolutionary War.
Positioned on a small rise overlooking Sudbury's famous Presbyterian Church, the memorial features a Revolutionary War figure standing on top of a large granite base. The inscription on the front of the base reads "Tribute of Sudbury to her Revolutionary Patriots".
